Samsung AQ12FCX lights blinking

I have a Samsung AQ12FCX just installed. Actually I got two of them at the same time, one of which works perfectly fine, the other one does not work at all!
When I turn it on the indoor unit begins to run for a few seconds and also the outdoor unit begins too and then they go off and two of the three lights of the indoor unit start blinking.These are the operation lamp and the turbo lamp.
I have found similar posts searching the forum but nothing regarding this specific model... hope someone will be able to assist me on that.

Sounds like a call to the installers to repair under warranty.

Well I have made that call but they replied with an appointment after 10 days and it is 40 degrees here in greece these days :)
So if i had an alternative i 'd rather use it than wait for so long, unless this means i may encounter problems with the warranty in the future.
