Goodman condenser: GSC130241AE LENNOX furnace: g40uh-24a-045-11 LENNOX Coil: 2.5ton outside tem:106f
Section Line Temperature :56f. pressure: 105f
Liquid Line Temperature: 116f Pressure: 275f
S AIR :59F R AIR: 86F
does anyone know what's the problem? is it the TXV TOO BIG? or something else?

27*F delta T......You have extremely low air flow. 400 cfm/ton. Did you take the return and supply directly before and after the coil or did you take it from the vents?

You need 800 cfm or very close....check your air flow.

Do you mean 105 psig and 275 psig?

For SI users:
Suction: 13.3°C, liquid 46.6°C
Evap.p.: 7.2 bar, cond.p. 19.0 bar

Assuming R22 refrigerant, 105psig is 63F which is impossible given a suction of 56F

If you used the same temp probes for the line sets as you did the return and supply air temps....you maybe have a bad thermometer.
