Fractional compressor manufactures usually have this information depending on refrigerant, application and capacity.

You should check at the website of your brand of compressor.

These lengths are only an aproximation and you should check in extreme operating conditions.

One point to note is that calculating the optimum length is not as easy as reading it from a formulated table. Once you have made any bends in the tube you will have altered the flow characteristics especially if they are tight bends around a drier etc. At the end of the day the table is just a guide usually based on a straight lengths. Good manufactures will test and adjust as required.
