hi, I have to make a coldr room 6x4x4.5 for storage apple.
outside temp. 35 oC
room temp. 0.5-1 oC
about 60000 kg apples will be stored
humidity 96%
product temp. 15 oC
can somebody tell me houw KW cooling capacity I need for this

you sould ask for help from your local supply house,usualy have someone that can handle this.ask your custmer if it is long term storage, may want to gas this room to get rid of oxygen-they keep much longer. I've built tomato and banana rooms like this wiyh gas and electric strip heaters bolted to the back of the evaps for ripening when market calls in there order. good luck:)
