need help... what the main cause if the evaporator leaving temp very high? what is the effect to compressor winding ?

what will i do to ,maintain the evap temp?

Why is the temperature too high? Is the sensor out of range is entering water also too high?

low refrigerant, fouled evaporator tubes, low water flow, loading vanes out of calibration(positive pressure relay) or pneumatic motor defective bad sensors, defective thermostats etc.

You need to give more info. Water temps in and out of cond and evap, pressures, amps, fla, refrigerant temps, etc. Could be anyones guess at this point with what litlle you've info given.

how will i cool down the compressor winding temp? what are the possible causes of approaching to high temp of compressor winding?

active CHW set point (40-45F): 41 - 46 F
temp enter in evaporator ( 54-56F):48F
temp leaving evaporator (40-45F) : 44F
Temp enter condenser (max86F): 80 F
temp leaving condenser(max 95F) : 86 F

evap enter pressure : 80 psi
evap leaving pres. : 63 psi
condenser enter pres. : 32 psi
condenser leaving pres. :16
evop refrigerant temp : 92.8F
condenser refrigerant temp : 40.4
evap approch : 0.6
cond approch : 7.4
refrigerant type : R123

the evap leaving temp too high? does it affect the compressor winding temp?
what adjustment will needed to maintain the evap keaving temp to 41F ?

what is the differantial oil pressure? discharge oil presssure? what is the main function and importance ?

when is the time to charge refrigerant? how will i know if the refrigerant need to charge? what are the proper procedure og charging refrigerant?

what are the main causes of forming acids i the system? how will i prevent that acids ? what is the effect in the system of having acids?

I've added the temperatures and pressures in metric system.Doesn't something strike you as odd, or did you miss type?

The pressures you mention are the waterpressure? What we need is the refridgerant pressures!

7.4F approach is high on the condenser. I have CVHF's running under 2F approaches at full load. When was the last time the tubes were cleaned? When was the last time the strainers were cleaned? .6F for an evap approach is about normal.

What model chiller is it?
Seems like pretty high pressure drops across the barrels. Are the gauges accurate?
What is the average 30 day pumpout rate?
