Gate Driver Problem

I have YORk Centrifugal Chiller (model no. YTJ3C3E25CNJ) with VSD Control (Model no.
TM 658T B12F-50D ). Its NOT starting and showing error :
"VSD - Phase A Gate Driver"
Inspected the wiring but not found any faulty.
please give some clue.

There appears to be a problem with the Variable Speed Drive.

Wiring may be OK but inverter components are not.

Thanks guys!
After checking whole wiring and component again and again....what I conclude there may be 2 fault:
1. Gate Driver Board of Phase A inverter.
2. VSD Logic Board.

Or may be there is some FUSE/ Short-Circuit problem!!

first one seems to be very high probability!
Next I am going to change that!

please suggest if any thing else I can do w/o replacing ne components.
