Certified HVAC Engineer

Currently i am working as a HVAC engineer in UAE , I need to know about the Certified engineer in the Field

Can any one help me to know the details.

you must have a NVQ 2 or equal as a minimum qualification

You have to know the basic fundamental theory of Heat transfer, fluid mechanics, thermodynamics. and practical maintenance job in HVAC field.
