samsung side by side sr-s2028css

i am working on samsung : SR-S2028CSS twin cooler side by side, it operates ok but ,when the system goes to def , it will not start , when swithed off and on it runs ok.
i need help to solve the prob and have access to error code and find out if thermal fuse or other parts relating to defrost is faulty. it is a four botton display

also working on an admiral side by side GS2124SEDW/11where compressor is burnt out and it cost 450 for a new tecumseh compressor, IF YOU HAVE THE COMPERROR , please e-mail me on :

for the samsung check the defrost heater and thermal fuse it be one of them normally the thermal fuse

hi thank you sir i disconnected the drain heater and the fridge side heater, the problem exist, unit does not start after defrost cycle, are you sure it is the thermal fuse?
