CA cold room for storing apples

i have to build a cold room for storing apples with CA. please chang your expiriens with me.
the cold room has folowing charakteristics: 5m*6m*4m hight. total 120m3.
2 tonnes appeles stored on 2 levels- about 60 euro palets.

give me any kind of information about the system for CA.
O2 - CO2 balance and humidity.

p.s. can help you too with my expirience in other things - becouse i have big expirience in the problematic of cooling.
