Help with Guarded access on TK SR2's

Hello,

I work at penske Truck Leasing in Manassas VA. One of our customers has bought a lot of new trailers recently with 2008 Thermo King units on them. I am familiar with how to get into guarded access with the Multi-temp IV CPU's but not these new SR2 CPU's. I have one with codes 3, 4 and 12 for zone 2's return and discharge sensors. I replaced the defective sensors but I can't clear code 12.

I recall someone telling me on these you need to clear certain codea via the guardes access mode (and I need to adjust the graded sensors settings). Does anyone here know how to get into Guarded Access Mode on these? We don't have manuals for these new TK's yet to help me out.

G'day Eric, here's the instructions.

Accessing the Maintenance Menu
The Maintenance Menu is accessible from the Main
Menu. From the Standard Display press the MENU
key. The controller will display the Main Menu.
From the first Main Menu display (either Alarms or
Language) press and hold both the EXIT key and
the key with no label above it for 5 seconds. After 5
seconds the controller will display the Maintenance
Menu.
