Dear all, I experienced the clssical problem of conditioner fault after a power supply ON-OFF ( I think). The internal unit start blowing air but the external unit doesn't start (no current on screws).
After 5 minutes the turbo and timer light blink ( it seems a communication error).
May you help me with reset code; I'm writing from Italy.

Do we guess the manufacturer or will you make it easier and tell us ? ;)

Hi, the conditioner is the samsung AQV09NSBN.
I installed by myself the conditioner and it works for 15 minutes . after switch off the general breaker of my home for maintenance and then switch on again the external compressor do'nt start and after 5 minutes the internal unit show the turbo and timer lights blinking. Error table seems to be a communication error so i would like to try a reset.

Dear All,

i forget to tell that entering the setup mode of the remote control it has four set of six numbers instead of the two set of six numbers that other simular units of samsung.
Meanig the code must be something like 00 00 00 - 10 00 00 - 20 00 00 - 30 00 00 because pressing mode button it cyrcles througth this sets! Any way if somebody knows the code please tell me!

I installed 4 conditioner of the same model to my father, all of those working fine...

I installed 4 conditioner of the same model to my father, all of those working fine...But, unfortunately, as a non-registered installer you have not been provided with the technical knowledge to enable resetting these machines - hence "Ah!".
