hi new to this so here goes i went to 3 of the above units today which were all havin problems mainly that they were all stuck in cooling. i tried pushing the 24v through stage 1 and stage 2 cooling but it continued to only work in heating lifting my vapour line pressure to off the scale and tripping out i also tried pushing it to heating stage one and two and found pressures to sit fine. im heading towards changing the coils on the 4-way valves but in the back of my mind im thinking that someone has wired them to heat only as i never came acoss lennox and i got no direction to go in id be thankful for any help thanks

hi thanks for takin the time to get back to me but i managed to sort it i found a break on the mounted indoor p.c.b board which stoped the 24v signal to the outdoor unit
