Found this site.You can click on different countries and it tells you how much refrigerant they have consumed or produced over the years.

Just something to play with.

If it's concerned solely with ODS refrigerants (CFCs and HCFCs) the EU has, or is in the process, of phasing them out - so there will be little or no production or use of CFCs and little use of HCFCs to show for European countries.

UNEP produce reports periodically that are intended to show the reduction in use of ODS.
