36 C = 97 F water inlet (for my benefit).

A typical water-cooled unit is designed for 75 to 80 F EWT. Using R-22 that would relate to about a 210 PSI head pressure. With 97 F EWT you might see about 255 PSI.

Of course this is just speculation without knowing GPH, type of condenser, pressure drop and the type of controlling the system has to regulate head pressure.

Also the leaving water temperature might be closer to the mark.
