Good Evening Chaps!

Could anyone shed any light on an old Panasonic split system 6.0kw R22 1999 year build.
Trailed the net to no avail!

Indoor model. CS 2473KE.
Outdoor model. CU 2473KE.

I need to know suction/discharge pipe sizes should anyone have such knowledge that would really help.

Regards,

J.

Why not just look on the connectors?

It's always the way. I was initially called out to repair the system which I did-not paying particular attention to the piping. The client has since asked me to quote to renew. The sites miles away and at this stage I need only basic info!
Thx.

That's fine Nike, I didn't mean my reply to sound stroppy-and I appreciate the trouble you took in making the enquiry, but there are 2 different models in this Panasonic range depending on the duty.

Slightly frustrating because the difference in the 3/8" or 1/4" is critical when considering R22/R410a replacement technology. No manufacturer can utillise 1/4" when considering correction factors for pipe runs longer than 20m (Toshiba), let alone 50m that I'm working with.

I've got to pull new interconnecting services in now which is going to be a nightmare.

Oh well. Live and learn I suppose.
