..... please try to search RE forums for CO2, cascade CO2, ammonia... I'm sure you will find a lot of links to very good information about CO2/NH3 cascade systems....

i known alitte bit about cascade system, i want to see some system and fundament about this. pls post some pic.

I don't know where the paper is, but I have read where recips are preferable to screws on industrial applications due to the much higher density of CO2 over NH3 you can get a much smaller compressor and recips are cheaper and have better part loading capabilities.

Most of the literature I've read comes from IIAR (which says you can't distribute it's papers without consent.) but Danfoss has some good information on it's website and the University of Wisconsin Industrial Refrigeration Consortium has some information as well.

I'd be interested in seeing that Screw Comp. paper as well
