Hi 750.

looking at your photos, some good ones:)

Supermarkets in Australia look like supermarkets in the UK:D You paint your suction lines "blue" and your discharge line "red". That is realy striking and you can see at a glance what you are dealing with.
Is that a standard in Australia or is it just a company thing:)

Thanks taz, when i get a chance i will upload some more.

The coloured pipework used to be a standard that the supermarket chains expected but now it seems we are the only company still doing that, it does cost a little extra but in the scheme of the whole job to get a few tins of paint and an apprentice to paint them is really nothing. It makes it all look a million bucks, its amazing how it can transorm a plantroom, especially an old refurbed store.

The colours are normall red obviously for discharge, green or yellow for liq return and blue for liquid lines, the suction lines are normally black insulation and cop a coat of black paint too on some jobs.

In your pic of the HT rack, are those Bitzer comps or IR comps?
