hi guys

could you please guide me to the best way in dealing with r600, as it is flamable.. say i need to fix a leak or change a compessor, which is the best way to do it

If you follow good practice you will remove all the R600a with a suitable refrigerant recovery unit.
Take the system into a negative pressure of at least 15" ( = -0.5 bar ) and check that this holds when the recovery unit is isolated.
Remove the faulty compressor as you would any other.
Fit the new compressor as you would any other then do a pressure test with OFN ( careful if this is a domestic type of fridge ) release the OFN to atmosphere then pull a vacuum to the equivalent of 200 microns. Make sure the vacuum holds.
Charge as any refrigerant blend in liquid form.

Don't be frightened of hydrocarbon refrigerants just treat them with respect and remember they do not have any smell.

Remember to leak test with a bubble up leak spray / soapy water if you dont have the suitable electronic leak detector for flammable gas. Open windows / doors for ventilation .
