Centrifgual fan balancing/fabrication

Any body have an Idea on how to do a balancing test on a centrifgual fan? . And any guidlines/references for its fabriaction steps?

Just a proposal becuase our demand is considered a big for this product and I would like to know the whole image of its fabrication/testing.
