Hi Brian! Welcome to RE!
There is no chat option on this forum.
There was some time ago but it appears that not a lot of people took up the opportunity, so it was scrapped.

I think this thematic require some time to respond in meaningful manner, and that chatting is not suitable for that. I personally never chatting (no matter what is theme), because it is to fast for me.

Hi Brian, you say that you are part of Samsung Electronics, any part of that deal with Samsung air conditioning?

If yes then please 'search' this forum for "Samsung" and you will see a vast number of pleas for help.

Your technical manual database is required.

Here in australia subcontractors do all warranty repairs. Manufacturers just pay them and supply parts.
Australia is too big a country for manufacturers to employ enough people to repair them.
They just have office staff and warehousing employed.
