How do you get the unit to display fault codes?

I have a hotpoint ffm90 that has stopped cooling the fridge section, freezer is ok. I think one of the kids left the freezer door slightly open over night a few days so it may have iced up internally.

I have left it off for 24 hours but still doing the same.

Fridge Freezer working fine now, defrosted for 48 hours + a bit of a help with a hairdryer.

It did take 3 hours once I switched it back on before the fridge started cooling again.
