extended 5 yr free warranty....for defrost problem.....modified parts kit

yeah got all info about it ths morning just hope that the people who were charged for out of warranty samsung refunds not the engineer as already had few people on phone and email asking already

this problem occurs in model 2005 only.. samsung already launched a improved rs21, no need to concider this problem now.. its already 2008!! :off topic:

Not in the models on sale in the UK....thats why the BBC consumer program got invovled!
