air conditioning horses in transit

can anyone advise,, looking to build a horse box to carry around nine horses, need to fit a/c. as ambients expected to be 40-45*c,any idea re. calculations etc ???

I suppose that you could do the calcs based on something like a conservatory with timber sides.

Are you planning to have the cooling running during transport or only when stationary ?

Any mileage in utilising an old reefer kit ?
