I installed my first R410-A system today.
It was a Mitsubishi Mini split with Inverter technology.
It was by far the most quiet unit I have ever heard run.
I know this is nothing new in other parts of the world, but here it is a new concept that is starting to catch on more and more.
I was trying to find out more information on how these units work and the tech involved in them.

I am a HVAC technician.

I work for a company as an in house technician.
I maintain the HVAC equipment and install some also.
I have been reading what others have written concerning these types of units and have learned alot since this post and I think I have a better understanding now.
