Eliwell id974 with lost password and locked keyboard

hello every body,
I have a freezer with Eliwell id974 temperature controller, It was locked ,so i can't change parameters because the password was lost,
how can i open the program ?

You need copy card or Elliwell software and interface. Copy card is programed by other free instrument or by Elliwell software and interface, and than copied to your protected instrument by copy card or by computer and interface.

Grizzly, password I go to another forum, but not confirmed, and answers a few members :mad:

To unlock and reset an ID974:
1)Push and hold the set key
2) When PA1 shows scroll to 135 which is the master password
3) Then enter DIS folder and then sub folder PA1
4) Enter your new password ( make a note of it) and then push set
5) If you want to unlock the keypad ...still in the DIS folder scroll to sub folder LOC and set to n.
That should do the trick.... I know this works as I had to carry out this procedure yesterday.
