I'm sorry that we seems to have gotten of the track, happens sometimes...

Yes they do do an interface/software combo called DynaDoctor.
I have a really old version of it (been promised a new one...) that is slightly worse than Daikin's ServiceChecker or Mitsu's M-tool when it comes to connecting it to the system and what parts of the system you actually can see.
But...It's miles better when it comes to graphics and presenting the data.

Hopefully the connectivity issues has been sorted in the newer versions.
