Serve over with baine marie section for hot food.
Having problems with glass misting all the time any ideas ?

Hi Techni.

you should have anti-mist fan motors which pass air over the glass.the fans are hidden under the front of the case.

also you can get anti mist heaters to sit were the glass sits on the cabinet (in the metal trim)
