Hey ruvy frank. We'll need some more info on that problem, mate.Having a 350psi and a cold discharge sounds dodgy. If you want more info, try this link, there are manuals for Scotsman ice-machines on the site.Hope it helps....

Whats the model of ice machine? Have you checked tev, sounds like possible blockage with information you have given. When it is up and running the suction pressure will drop dramatically through its cycle.

drier or capillary resticting

sounds like the systems choking, my advice is to whip the gas out, put new drier and purge either side with nitro to blow out any oil in the capilary before brazing last joint, vac out and recharge slowly

New to the site! But it does sond like a restriction within the TEV-drier. Had a very similer problem with a cascade evap. Found that pressures as you have found them but no ice. Found coil to back of evap had come away (only in part). As a result no ice, though pressures correct. This was on a Scotsman MV 600.
Good luck.

Hi new to site . 4psi and upto 350 head that is a definate partial blockage at t.e.v .Had this before on one. You gotta put new t.e.v on to sort this out.
