Hi all im knew at this site and im getting lost on how to use it, took me an hr just to get this far :rolleyes: any help would be appriciated.By the way my name is frozo from Sydney Australia.

What do you need help with, reading, search or posting?
If you do make it back this reply, scroll up to the top there's green bar with "user CP" there's "FAQ" , "search" etc inside. Above that green bar where "user CP" is, there's a white box and in there is the "refrigeration-engineer.com forums" hyperlink.
Click on that at any time always brings you to the forums home page where all the 20 odd different sections are.
Using this link as a home page you can always get into and out of any section you want to read on post in.

edit: don't worry about using that FAQ, I'm just trying to point out where that "refrigeration-engineer.com" hyperlink is, and the other useful links in that green bar, such as "user CP" and "search"
