Hi. In many situations , you have ice in air duct. 48 h defrost with open doors and restart the unit . I send in att. electrical diagram . If you have problem , i give all information .
Gramcor
P.S. ARC 7472 have 1 compressor and 1 fan . If you have freezer OK , only air duct or air actuator make problems.

Hi. T2 is potentiometer adjust module . If you are interested , i give SM from Whr , but is very small , only few informations.
In my experience , if the clients open the door for few minutes , ice lock the air actuator and refrigerator box is out.
Best regards
Gramcor

Yes hole fridge/freezer because it is 1 compressor assembly!
You don't need to wait 48 hours. Just put some suilable basin of hot (below 60°C) water in every part (1 in fridge, 1 in freezer) and change frequently for few hours (5-8).
That way, your friezed food is not going to melt if you wrap it in newspapers and blankets at some cold part of house. Rattling noise could be from fan who hits ice.
