You need to use whatever refrigerant the equipment is designed to work on in the equipment, if this is R410A then that is what it needs.
Is this for replacing lost refrigerant in an air con system or are you designing a system from new?

This reminds me when a customer asked for using components that must be chosen based on components originally used in USA tanks left in the Iraqi and Kuwaitian desert, because those are the only electric and electronic components generally available in suks and medinas.

I once topped up a system with R69 (R502 Drop In)
Instead of R49 (R12 Drop In).
It was in a small butchers chill room.

I kept quiet and the next time I visited the Butcher wanted to know what I had done to his chill room.

Sheepishly I asked why?

He replied that it had never worked so good!!!!
