1. comparision chart of the recomended insulation at different temperature.

2. Suitable thickness chart for EPS and PUF.

R u talking about Cold stores? You have to follow Ashrae reco wherein recommended R values are given

Try asking the manufacturers. They would be having it.

In India, use 125mm Thk PUF / 200 EPS for -25
use 80mm thk puf/ 100mm thk EPS for Chill rooms
& 60mm thk PUF / 80mm EPS for Processing halls.

Again based on the heights, only for structural strength you may have to go in for thicker panels!!!
