Hi to all just wondering if anyone has had much experience on ital cervinho blast freezer/chiller.
Can't find any information on fault codes anywhere.
The cabinet I'm working on was tested as follows-
-bowl of hot water in (65 degreescelcius)
-food probe into bowl
-initiated blast chill

all worked ok for about 20 minutes temp went down to 10 degrees then all of a sudden the cabinet shut down and was showing minus 24 degrees. Checked inside with my probe and it was at 10 degrees.
I have since changed the food probe but the same thing keeps happenig.:confused:

Help would be much appreciated thank you.

the controller has no model or any markings on it at all and is unlike any other i have seen.
it also doesnt look like it can be replaced.

Based on what you saying, it is possible that you have some bad electrical contact in wiring of probe , or controller is faulty.

Thanks for the advice. As I have changed the probe and the controller won't come out I will check all connections and if still persists then the catering supplier can change the cabinet.
