Hi Melp.

No easy way other than measure the piperuns.
The VRV has a guide for how much extra refrigerant to put in for extra mtrs on top of maximum legnth.

When you commissioning VRV/VRF system your cheef installer or project manager (that may be also you) should keep record of all pipe lengths and that record should be kept with rest of documentation for further reference.
Then, in instalation manual of equipment, you have table of data for each pipe diameter and indoor equipment and you only need to calculate additional amount of refrigerant from that data. After adding refrigerant you should make record of added amount of refrigerant and keep that with rest of documentation. Also, you should enter calculation and added amount on designated sticker of outdoor unit.

Ideally there will be an O&M manual on site (usually with a building maintenance manager) which would state the charge when commissioned. Failing that the best way is if you measure the pipe run and know the pipe sizes. If you know these, then a phonecall to manufacturers technical, they will usually work it out for you. Happy measuring!!!
