then you choose SUB-FORUM where you want to make your post........(example) you want to say something about Computers&the Internet..... click on THE LOUNGE and then click on thread Computers & the Internet (http://www.refrigeration-engineer.com/forums/forumdisplay.php?f=64) and then click on button: New thread....write down your post and ...post it:D

if you want some other sub/forum or thread...procedure is the same
