Problems with daikin units

Hi Guys

Have you ever noticed the problems with the Daikin UCPJ series water cooled units. They have an oil coke point which is easily reached and it becomes so bad to the extent that it blocks the last piece of the liquid line. I have dealt with this problem at least 5 times within a space of 3 months. lets discuss this issue gentlemen.

Ive not had this BUT ive just had Daikin in to tell me that they are avin problems with refnet joints poping on VRV systems, we are going to have to replace every one installed in the last 5 years.

is anyone else struggling with this its gonna be a buzy summer

Hi.We have also been told by Daikin About the refnet problems.I have been telling my boss for ages but did he believe me?, no.Its about time Daikin held there hands up and admitted a problem.Still love the kit though.

I think I have a similar problem . High head pressure and low suction . I have checked water supply etc , air in the system and even dropped the charge and started from scratch . How did you rectify the problem ???
