Service call charge

Hi all,

I was wondering, what are the rates for a service call to a VRV system? (in your countries)

Afterwards, if you have a fo find a leack in the system for example, how it is charged? counting the hours that you spend there or is it charged globally by a fixed price?

If it was a one of service, we would charge by the hour.

As a VRV/VRF system could be anything from Outdoor unit+2 indoor units up to outdoor unit+30 indoor units, I don't believe that you can set a fixed price.....
