Hi sirs
There is one 1000m2 office with glass wall. Plan to apply VRV for its air conditioning. Is it feasible to use ground source outdoor and VRV indoor?
I plan to use multi-scroll + fan coil unit(r22) for this application. I'm no experience with VRV system. Pls give me some suggestions and how difficult it is. How much the risk I'll take?

thanks

regards

To my knowledge, there is only Mitsubishi Electric that do a ground source VRF.

Best thing to do would be to find a Mitsu rep in your area and speak to them..

Daikin also offer a water cooled VRV system that can be piped as a heat pump or heat recovery. http://www.daikineurope.com/news/items/water_cooled_vrv-wii.jsp (http://www.daikineurope.com/news/items/water_cooled_vrv-wii.jsp) some installations have used it in ground source application.

I'm working for mits. elect. and in this market, only we have ground sourced vrf system, not daikin or else ;) so you can ask to Mitsubishi Electric Britian ;)
