From design, installation and commissioning all the way to service, fault-finding and repairs, they are a different breed.

To pick it up from a manual will be difficult.
The best option would be to contact your supplier and see what training they are offering.

If you want to get your hands on the manuals check the manufacturers' websites, they are there as downloads.
