Hello all if it’s not two much trouble can I get some help with a theory question,
I will give you what I know and understand thus far,
Product will be ice cream. (Packaged)
Temp to be stored at will be -25deg Celsius.
Ambient temp is let’s say 32 deg Celsius, now I believe I need to increase this by 15 to allow for condensing.
I am working with R404a so now that this is settled I should be able by all accounts workout the head pressure, the suction pressure and positive pressure.
All of which can be worked out before I arrive at site , psig on the comparator, do I have to subtract the td from any of the values? Is it as easy as described or is there more to this that I have missed.
