Hello everyone. I have been contacted to create a ice trough approximately 200 Feet Long x 8" Wide X ??Deep.

Has anyone experienced this type of installation before??

Here are my questions/concerns........

Customer does not want any (minimal) condensation on the proposed 2" stainess lip.
Customer doesn't want condensation dripping on the underside.
Should I use regular refr. compressor or should I look into glycol circ. units.

I guess I can come up with 1000 concerns/questions. Anyone can offer any help/opinions???

What did your design specification say when you tendered for the job?

There are no design specs. They have contacted me since I've been their maintenance guy for 10+ years and were hoping we can come up with something for them.

Sorry, my mistake, I read 'contracted' instead of 'contacted'. oops

hi gatorman!

not sure if you want to transport this ice along the trouph or what!
what i do know is if that is so we found that stainless steel screws are the best and we used normal sheet armourflex about 1/2 inch thick glued to the underside that stopped the condensation
