They are now "Climaveneta".

I think they are using Carel controllers.

No its not a carel - its the large blue type (sorry not very technical). I had an E003 error - pumps were off - flow switch not made - easy this time but maybe not next time. I just need a fault code list and advice on where to get manuals from.

You could send us picture of controller and unit model no., and than, maybe, we could tell you what you want.
