Hello, has anyone changed R600a for anything else. If R409a used like some other threads mentioned would filter, cap line need to be changed?
Any other options than R409a?

Cheers

Why change from R600a? I know some local lads put R134a in because they can not get hold of the R600a. What happened to the R600a that was in the system in the first place.

Hi

I have been using R600a in all the domestic systems for the past 10 years.I would not go back to using R134a .

R600a is far more cleaner, quieter, efficient.Less restriction problems.
