Hie Gentlemen Of The Trade.

I have problem with a Daikin packaged unit which sucks condensate from the evaporator and spead it arround the supply air plenum. It also fills up the supply air couling. The system is a draw through system. I have tried to increase the air flow so as to increase the evaporator load and temperature in an attempt to run away from the dew point temperature a bit but it looks like it does not work. please give me ideas brothers of the trade

Close fresh air some, clean the evap, and slow down air flow.

hi mate,

there should elimator baffles after the dx coil to prevent carry over of condensation which in turn also causes a static ppressure drop.... might wanna see if they are installed..

Also check that the drain pipework is clean and properly trapped.
