View Full Version : Randell Refrigerator Leaks Water

So I got a thermometer for it, but now I realize it leaks water from the outside to the inside. Since this is only a hobby for me, (to collect stuff like 49.2 cubic feet commercial refrigerators, but have no actual use for them besides things like parties where you actually need the space), then it has to be outside because it won't fit in my house. (unfortunately no garage at the time to put it in either) But anyways - when it rains, a little bit of water ends up on the inside. I can see generally where it is coming from, but there's a cover in the way to see the actual place up where the leak would be. I want to seal it up, but don't know where to do it at. Do you know of anywhere to get a diagram-type thing that might show all the pieces in an expanded view so I can see how it goes together, and possibly where the water is coming in?

BTW - Here's the other thread I was referring to: http://www.refrigeration-engineer.com/forums/showthread.php?t=10152

Here's a picture just for the heck of it: http://i108.photobucket.com/albums/n19/bluevanacd2005/refrigerator.jpg

Oh and I called Randell and found out this unit was shipped in July of 1995. Hell of a lot older than I thought. It still looks pretty good for being 13 years old!

Is this forum dead, or do I just have uninteresting questions? Seems like I always answer my own questions, or just end up stuck with the problem.

Naah,

It's probably just because, like myself, the others don't know the answers...

OH, OK. I was beginning to think nobody liked me or something...
