Hi Snowman
What refrigerant is it on?
Does it have an oil separator fitted?
Is the condenser air cooled, water cooled or evaporative?
What are the suction, discharge and oil pressures?
I reckon you should be using 4GS instead of 3GS.

yeah i reckon 4gs is the go. is she running unloaded for to long. i've seen 5h86 that on start up it has a timer that controls a solenoid for loading might be worth checking., also we had a problem when it pumped down it didnt stay pumped down because pilot tx valves bleeding through. so it would pump down then the pressure slowly went up then pump down again might be worth a look.
