I would like some help sizing a basic sytem. Room size 12ft x 20ft 12ft ceiling one 3.5ft x 7ft door. Arkansas can get to 100 degrees outside in summer. shaded in the afternoon. 33 degrees inside temp. On a farm not commercial use storing meat for process. It is for my brother in law I own an hvac firm in nj so I will be helping him out. probably I will have United Refrigeration ship the units and I will install. Wall R value 40
