Please can anyone help. I have the usual Engineers dilema! Where we have just been awarded a new site maintenance contract.
Of the various equipment on-site there are 4 Rhoss
TCAPB / TCAVB CHILLERS.
Could anyone advise were I can obtain any manuals other than the sales type
Many Thanks Grizzly

Hi, there are some technical documents on the www.rhoss.com (http://www.rhoss.com) website but you need to login first.

I haven't been able to 'register' on the site, whether that is me or the site I don't know but it might be worth your while trying one of the email contacts listed.

Brian.
Many thanks for your advise. Sadly like yourself I to have spent days trying to access the Rhoss Website.
I even Emailed them last week explaining that I worked for 1 of the larger chiller companies, sadly not Coolmation!
Asking if it was possible to obtain any information as of yet they have been unwilling to respond.
Once again many thanks.
Steve.

Only one thing left then Grizzly - give it back to your service manager to do his bit. They are there to support us field workers remember;)

Not quite the answer I was looking for Brian! But it did make me smile.
Sometimes I wonder who supports who (when you are on call the duty manager can't wait to pass the call on to you. Ever been there?)
I shall have to start being more proactive then maybe more people will reciprocate?

Hi Grizzly, I tried to register on the Rhoss site last night and received this email today.

They've said you can try Coolmation so perhaps it's worth a try :)

Hello Grizzly:)

two manuals will be winging their way to you Monday when I plug my laptop in.

The Coolmation chillers now are a special, but the older ones were the standard chiller with whistles.

The manuals I have sent you have the wiring diagrams at the back, and are the technical manual.

Kind Regards Andy:)

Andy Many Many thanks.
Total Respect to both yourself and Brian.
Obviously there is a lot more to being a Moderator than just answering lots of queries.
I will try and help more people myself. Although the main problem I have is and I suspect most people who read these pages are the same.
That little bit of info helps! But in the wrong hands it can also do a lot of damage.
I suppose the moral of these pages are commit to paper and prove to people you are not a numpty!
Have a great day out there Guys and keep contributing.
Steve.
PS. The truth of the problem was that we were up against Coolmation for this Maintenance contract. Hence my reluctance to approach them. They are probably very nice people but I feel it would of been more than a little out of order to of them tried to obtain any literature from them. I know guys that work for most major manufacturers and we all help each other out when necessary. Despite any inter- company polotics. (sadly no-one at coolmation)
Which really is what this site is all about is'nt it?

Hi stevewood!
I sent you mail with request. But, if you give that password to to many peoples, they could not login in same time and it becomes pretty useless. So keep that number reasonably small.

What sort of manual are you looking for?

There's quite a few user operating books out there.
