R 410 Someone posted a darn good link to a Mitsu pdf publication on R 410 cant find it after search, anyone?

It was a pdf file on R 410 on vacuuming the system and it had the chemical composition of 410, a mitsub… job mainly about pressure testing and vacuum stages, but its the chemical composition I’m after.
