At what evaporating temperature would you remove the maximum amount of water from at a air temperature of 25 deg C and 40 deg C

What is the expected wet bulb temperature at those dry bulbs?

+1 degree celcius. An evaporating temperature below this will cause condensation to freeze on the coil which decreases efficiency. A good coil will enable you to achieve an air dew point of 6 - 7 deg C

Correct, as Brain_UK mantioned what is the wet bulb temperature. This depends on the web bulb and dry bulb temperature.
